Booking
A booking statement will be issued when provisional bookings are placed, and this will fully detail your booking and the terms and conditions that apply. A 25% initial deposit will be required to secure your booking. This is non refundable. The balance of deposit is due 6 weeks prior to arrival. Cancellations must be received in writing by that date. Cancellations received 42 days or less prior to arrival are payable in full 100%. We suggest that you may wish to take out holiday cancellation insurance.
